Where do I meet the tour? Tours depart from either our Hanoi office or your wished pick up address, please check departure location and times on the tour itinerary you are booking.
Do I have to reconfirm my place on the tour? Yes, you must reconfirm your place on the tour 24 hours before the tour departs either at the our partners offices in Hanoi or via email. A deposit of 30 % of the tour package cost has to be made 24 hours before the tour departs. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for our travellers to do this. Our Tour Reservation will contact you to see what is the best option for you to finalize the booking.
What do I eat? Our emphasis is on fresh food wherever possible and our meals are nutritious and varied. If you are vegetarian or do not eat seafood we can cater for you, but if you have very specific dietary needs you may need to provide your own food, please discuss this at time of booking.
How fit do I have to be? Ours are active tours so a reasonable level of fitness and swimming ability is needed. If you enjoy kayaking through caves, swimming in sheltered bays or rock climbing in national parks and directly experiencing the environment then our tours are perfect for you. If you have any doubts about your suitability for our tours, please check with our Reservations Department before making a booking.
NOTE: Activities vary in duration and grade depending on the trip chosen.
Do I have to participate? Part of the enjoyment of our tours is bonding with a group of like-minded adventurers so we make them active and hands on. Full involvement is normally one of the highlights of the trip but no one can force you to do something you don't want to do.
